Lemoa Route Hub App | Last updated: June 2, 2026
1. Overview
Lemoa Route Hub ("the app") is a professional MikroTik hotspot management application developed by Lemoa Connect Solutions.
It is designed for ISP operators, hotspot business owners, and network administrators who manage MikroTik routers.
This Privacy Policy explains what data the app handles, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.
All router credentials and business data are stored exclusively on your device. No data is collected, uploaded, or stored on servers operated by Lemoa Connect Solutions.
2. Data the App Stores
Lemoa Route Hub stores configuration and operational data locally on your device only. This includes:
- Router credentials – hostname/IP, port, username, and password for each MikroTik router site you configure. Stored using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences (AES-256 encryption).
- Router site configurations – site names, connection settings, provisioning parameters, and active site selection. Stored encrypted on-device.
- WireGuard VPN configuration – optional WireGuard tunnel config (private keys and peer settings) for remote router access. Stored on-device only, never transmitted to our servers.
- Worker records – registered worker names, profile assignments, batch records, lock/unlock status, pay rules, and commission data. Stored in a local Room database.
- Voucher and hotspot user records – batch generation records and generated user data. Stored locally; PDFs are saved to your device's Downloads folder.
- Sales records – hotspot sale entries and earnings history. Stored in a local Room database on your device.
- App settings – active site selection, display preferences, PIN lock configuration. Stored using Android DataStore.
- Backup files – if you export a database backup, it is saved to your device storage only. No automatic cloud upload is performed.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal or operational data on our servers.
3. How the App Communicates
All network communication performed by the app is directly between your Android device and your own MikroTik router.
The app uses the MikroTik RouterOS binary API protocol (TCP) to manage users, hotspot profiles, scripts, and system resources on your router.
If you configure a WireGuard VPN tunnel, the app establishes an encrypted tunnel to your router's network. This tunnel is managed entirely on your device using the open-source WireGuard library.
No data from your router or your app is ever routed through or stored on servers operated by Lemoa Connect Solutions.
4. Permissions Used
-
INTERNET – required to connect to your MikroTik router over TCP/IP using the RouterOS binary API.
No data is sent to Lemoa Connect Solutions servers.
-
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – used to check whether a network connection is available before attempting to connect to a router.
-
CHANGE_NETWORK_STATE – required by the WireGuard VPN library to establish and manage the VPN tunnel interface used for remote router access.
-
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below only) – used to save generated voucher PDF files to the device's Downloads folder.
-
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below only) – used to read database backup files you have manually placed on your device for import.
-
FOREGROUND_SERVICE – allows the WireGuard VPN service to remain active while you are using the app, maintaining a stable connection to your remote router.
-
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE – required on Android 14+ to declare the WireGuard VPN tunnel as a foreground service of type "special use" (VPN). This is a system requirement for running a VPN tunnel in the foreground.
The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, phone state, or any other sensitive personal data.
5. Third-Party Libraries
The app uses the following open-source or third-party libraries:
- WireGuard for Android (open source, GPLv2) – for creating secure VPN tunnels to remote routers. WireGuard does not collect or transmit any data to third parties.
- iText 8 – for generating voucher PDF files locally on your device. No data is sent externally.
- ZXing – for QR code scanning within the app. No data is collected or transmitted.
- Apache Commons Net – used for optional FTP-based campaign script uploads to your own router. No data is sent to our servers.
No analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or crash-reporting services are included in the app.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, rent, or trade your data with any third parties. All data stays on your device and within your own network infrastructure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data exists only on your device. You can delete it at any time by:
- Clearing individual records within the app (workers, vouchers, sales, sites).
- Using the database backup/restore screen to export and then clear data.
- Uninstalling the app from your device, which permanently deletes all locally stored data.
8. Security
Router credentials (hostname, username, password) are stored using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences, which uses AES-256-GCM encryption.
WireGuard private keys are stored securely on-device.
The app supports an optional PIN lock screen to prevent unauthorized access.
App activation uses device-bound license keys so that a license cannot be transferred to another device.
9. Children's Privacy
Lemoa Route Hub is a professional business tool not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
